Kislingbury and Upton Baptist Church’s ministry and mission encompasses the local housing development of Upton and the village of Kislingbury; both on the outskirts of Northampton in the East Midlands. We are seeking to move forward as a fellowship and are looking for a full time Minister to join our leadership team with their main focus being:

  1. Children, Young People’s, Family and Men’s Ministry
  2. Providing relevant new expressions of church
  3. Pastor and spiritually grow these people
  4. Mission;
    1. Become a greater part of the Upton Community
    2. Become a greater part of the Kislingbury Community

 

This is a full-time post with the standard BU annual stipend of £22,750 in 2018 rising to £23,430 in 2019 along with a 4-bedroom manse situated on Upton plus pension contributions.

We are members of the Baptist Union, but we are open to a Minister of another church tradition who is willing to embrace our Baptist Faith and Principles.
